Maintenance Director

I am a dedicated Maintenance Director at Gladding Ridge with a strong background in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities. With a Bachelor’s degree in Administration from Sacramento State, I bring both a solid educational foundation and practical experience to my role.

My journey began as a Maintenance Technician at Golden Pond, an assisted living and memory care facility in Sacramento, where I honed my skills and gained valuable experience over three years. This hands-on experience allowed me to understand the intricacies of maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Building on that foundation, I have proudly served as a Maintenance Director for a year, overseeing and managing essential maintenance operations.

Beyond my professional life, I’m passionate about archery, enjoy delightful meals out with my siblings and relatives, and am currently exploring the world of program logic control.
