Aaron Jones
Executive Director

Aaron has been working in Social Services in a skilled nursing setting for many years and is very excited to take the leap as Executive Director of Gladding Ridge. He has lived all over the country while serving in the Army and finishing his education. He is originally from Southern California but loves the Sacramento area and all it has to offer for his family. He has 4 very busy and active children who take up all his free time. He enjoys coaching their sports teams and being a volunteer in their various scouting and school activities. He is looking forward to the new adventures this position will bring and in getting to know his staff and residents and creating a fun but professional environment where everyone loves to live and work at.

Cheryl Virrueta
Marketing Director and Admissions Director

As The Marketing Director at Gladding Ridge, I pride myself in living locally and helping our local community. My career over the years has been spent serving our seniors in placer county and surrounding areas. I have the opportunity and responsibility to educate the community, potential residents and there families about assisted living. It is with great pleasure that I help families transition to community living with simplicity. I host educational workshops and enjoy fundraising for local charities. Alzheimers research is near and dear to my heart and hope they will find a cure with the advancement in technology in our near future.

Mikaela DeWitt
Business Office Manager

I started working for the company in 2012 in housekeeping. As I grew closer to each and every resident, my job became my home away from home. After a year and half of housekeeping, I moved onto a concierge position and found a whole new interest of admin work. I knew that this job was meant for me. Ten months into the position, I was offered the Business Office Manager position to continue my career.
As the Business Office Manager, I am responsible for making our community policies and regulations easy and clear for our residents and their loved ones. I oversee the concierges, meet with family members regarding admission agreements, and manage deposits and billing. I also am human resources for the amazing employees by making sure that all policies and procedures are being followed.
Working with seniors has made me come to appreciate the finer things in life. I have learned to slow down and take time with the people I love, including all my residents. I know that working with seniors is what I was meant to do.

Gail Stout
Dietary Supervisor

As the Dietary Director, I supervise the Kitchen Staff and specialize each meal according to each residents dietary needs. I have been working in the food industry for the past 40 years, but I have only been working for assisted living for the past 3 years and it is a field I really enjoy working in. I have worked in Chinese, Mexican, Italian and American food restaurants both cooking and serving.I have had two restaurants of my own and I spent a lot of time catering to big companies and I loved it. This has all led me to here, Gladding Ridge where I enjoy making people happy and healthy with food.

David LeClair
Maintenance Director

As the Maintenance Director, I am responsible for maintaining the up keep, repairs and/or replacements in each apartment, along with the exterior of the building. I have worked for the company over two years and have grown in our community. Everyday is a learning but exciting experience with our residents. I look forward to many more years of fulfillment in this position.

Terri Gonzalez

As Housekeeping Director, I oversee our Housekeepers and Laundry. I ensure the cleanliness of our building and individual apartments as well as weekly deep cleaning and laundry services.In my six years with Gladding Ridge, I get the benefit of having the best of both worlds by not only doing what I am good at but enjoying quality time I get to spend with each resident.
